That kind of sounds like an MTU problem we had in the past. Is your PPP MTU set at default? Similarly, I can resolve address of 'riteaid.net' and just about any other web site I have tried. I have disabled 'cache' & ncache' on HiPer ARC. I have no idea what else to do.
