Back in the console: make sure you verify community strings and if unknown, reset authorized stations. Either one can prevent connection with TCM. Hate to say it, but be sure and make sure you can't ping your NMC address when the Ethernet cable is unplugged as well. (just to rule out Dup. IP). I have tested all of them, Do all version of TCM work with all version of NMCs? Is it possible a conflict problem between netserver card and NMC? NMC and netserver's NICs are the same(their jumper setting is correct).
