Hello all, For several months, Shannon (a.k.a. sky1@airmail.net) really worked with our tiny ISP on terms and configuration issues, along with after purchase support questions. Our new (to us) V.92 TC1000 is in service and running well. Shannon (at SouthWest Data Technology, Inc.) took such good care of our ISP Total Control chassis needs that I felt almost obligated to report it to the list. Hopefully this is not a violation of list rules to do this. When I was looking for feedback on used dealers I found it difficult if impossible to do so and wanted to try to save the next person that same effort.
