Hi All, I've got a newer TC1000 chassis I'm working with that I haven't gotten to successfully take any calls yet. In pulling at strings, I thought I would try to find a way to save the configuration of another TC HARC config and compare it to the one I'm working with to look for differences I may have overlooked in the setup. The commworks knowledge base says I should be able to open up TCM and have a save configuration option under File. However I have no such option using 8.2.6. Is there something incredibly simple I'm missing to accomplish this comparison? Thanks for any help/guidance. -Lee
