Make a console connection by plugging a console cable from the RJ-45 interface labeled rs-232 using a null modem adapter to a comm port on a PC or laptop. Open up a hyperterminal session set to 115200 Bps. 2. Pull the HiPer ARC's NAC (front) and move dip switch 1 & 2 to the on position. This will set the baud rate to 115200. Push the card back into the chassis. 3. Watch the hyperterminal session screen after pushing in the card. After the boot Prom Version is displayed, type AT{Z}. Soon after, the following message will appear: "Begin software downloading". 4. Click Transfer (one of the menu selections at the top of the hyperterminal window) and go to Send File. Hello,

I attempted to upgrade a Hiper Access Router Card. I am not sure what happened.

If I use Total control manager and try to reload the software, it tells me No .sdl file

I I connect to the console port, I get Board Requires a software download.

I don't have any .sdl files, only .dmf files I can not get the .dmf file to load without a .sdl file

If anyone knows of a solution, I would really appreciate it.
