I currently have one working cable, it's actually the USR RJ45-DB25, with a DB25-Db25 Null Modem Adapter, followed by a DB25-Db9 standard modem cable. I pinned it out myself and got this, which is pretty different than what most people say it should be. I'm thinkin' this is why so many people have problems with home-made cables.
