This cable config works - I determined it myself using an actual 3Com Cable, and I've had dozens of these made and they work with everything. Update - thanks again - works like a charm. Now to figure out how to 'break' into the box. I turned jumper 5 on to reset to factory defaults, but it's still wanting a 'NETServer Console Login:'.
