Re: [USR-TC] FS: Chassis with 2 hyperarc's
I have a new chassis with 2 hyperarc's (first time I have ever had one with 2) When I setup the lan ip and subnet and gateway on the hypernmc it says Save Configuration to EEPROM Error: Networks should be on different Interface Subnets. Esc when done What network do you think it is talking about, the nmc or the arc's ? Thanks Geoffrey Geoffrey Deasey VP Systems Netpath, Inc. Both your arc's and nmc should all be on different ip's but the same subnet. Assuming that is the way you have it all I can think about on the nmc is the wan ip....see what that is set to or try searching for nmc wan ip. I seem to recall there being an issue with that in certain regards. Todd Todd is correct, the Hiper's and NMC both require that the two interfaces be on different subnets.
