I am trying to configure the total control system with dual E1 PRI nac, Quad v.34 digital modem, Netserver Pri and NMC. I have managed to configure the nmc through the cli and E1 pri card through the total control manager.. i also configured the netserver card through the cli as i could not connect using the netserver manager plus. The problem is that when the user dials to the total control box he does not receive the username: password: prompt. There is nothing.. no response.. please help. I am also bit confused about configuring the modems.. is it via the total control manager or through the netserver configuration. Thanks in advance. HTP WebEmail - HTP Communication P.
