Re: [USR-TC] Question regarding latest Hiper ARC code
I've been wondering the same thing as well. However, I do have certain boxes that reboot much more frequently and they handle a higher volume of calls. All of the hardware is of the same age. So, it made me think maybe there is something like a memory leak in TCS that after X amount of time, the card effectively dies and reboots. You would think would have been the case a long time ago though. Which versions of code are you running and do you know what the latest is? I suppose the cards could also reboot more often with higher volume due to aging as well, it just seems very odd. Thanks, Adam
I've been noticing the same thing on our dialup pools. I wonder if it is more age related than software?

Hello everyone,
After cancelling my support contracts years ago due to a lack of updates and decent support, I'm trying to figure out the latest version of TCS as I've recently started to see random HiperARC reboots and subsequent dialin problems.
Source Technology seems to have let their website go, anyone have any details on the latest DSP/ARC combos?
I'm currently running 5.0.9 on my ARCs and 3.5.12 on my HiperDSP PRI cards. I've been running this particular combination for at least 3-4 years it seems and have recently noticed an increase in random reboots, more of them occuring on the higher volume boxes than the lower ones. Before that, I believe the latest and greatest was 2.1.9 for DSPs and some 4.x code for the ARCs, but that was too long ago to remember at this point.
Thanks for any input.
Adam
