RE: [USR-TC] Channelized T1 in a DSP
The modems themselves need to be told to use the t1 card and not be set to use the pri Under line interface options set the line interface source to be t1 not pri eric
I'm using CT1's with DSP's - copy and paste me your Trunk Settings and I'll try to help.

Anyone using a Channelized T1 into a DSP? We have a TC boxes with PRI's into the DSP's running no problem. But in this location we are using a T1 (no PRI tarriff) and cannot get the TC to accept a call. It rings, 3 seconds of silence and then busy. I have swapped complete chassis and all cards, and reset everything to defaults and reconfigured. I have a feeling that there is some setting in the ARC that I am missing that is different between a T1 and a PRI (like modem mapping or something??) I changed the DSP card from "Message Oriented" to "Bit Robbed." But everything else is the same as our PRI chassis.
Help???
