The quick answer is you need to upgrade the software to TCS 4.5 I've included part of the software matrix so that you have an idea of what software versions you need. I've only included the latest versions of software and their may be others that will work such as the version on your DSPs currently. Your ARC and NMC will however need to be upgraded. You can purchase a support contract with software or you can do some heavy searches through Google. I've dealt with both Source Technology and Solunet for support.
