Adam, I have found similar characteristics when the CAT 5 gives out, except that it usually reports Remote out of service. Occasionally, some of them report loos and the other roos. LOOS problems 2 modems at a time can indicate a bad DSP. Check the knowledgebase for more information on bad DSP detection. Modems usually fail in pairs.
