Today I got some strange state of interface on DSP card: HiPer ARC shows that this channel's Oper status is down and Admin status is Up. When I check timeslots on that card it shows one timeslot in ds0CallDisc (this timeslot is "connected" to that interface). When this happened I had dynamic configuration of HiperDSP modems on ARC. Now it's static. What's reason of this state?
