[USR-TC] NMC problem

Hello again! I am up another strange problem. I tried to upgrade software on my NMC NAC and NMC died :-) On power on Rn/Fl led of the NMC is a flashing green. (not rapidly) By manual it means "testing or software download (required or in process)/also during boot-up sequence." NMC over Lan isnt pingable. my hyperterminal receive nothing over console port. (I checked DIP already. jumper 8 is also on NMC on NIC board). Therefore I am unable to reload the software or do anything. 10x in advance, Murad
