[USR-TC] Moving from Channelized T1s to PRI

      Are there any caveats or issues that I need to be aware of when converting a
chassis from CT1s to PRI? (HiPerARCs and HiperDSPs) Other than the switch
type, are there any other config changes required?  Also, what performance
differences, if any, are there? I have heard PRI connections are a little
faster.
