Can anyone shed any light on the following error message from MONITOR PPP?

 

New PPP Call received on interface slot:2/mod:8
PPP - Authentication Complete to jbusisdn.
PPP - Expanded Authentication Complete to jbusisdn.
(IPCP) Layer Down for Bundle 23075, Link 42174784, to jbusisdn.
PPP connection down to jbusisdn.

 

Radius is assigning a single IP to the user.  The user is using a Cisco ISDN 802 router configured for multilink PPP.  The first call succeeds and is assigned the IP--the second call fails with the above error.  If I modify Radius to give a dynamic IP address, two calls are established with two IP addresses--even though multilink PPP is configured in the router.

 

I've got other users using other brand routers getting two channels bonded with no problem.  Anybody have any thoughts?
