I noticed that the 3com document I posted earlier seemed strangely difficult to visualize, so I thought I would post this easy layout for anyone else who felt the same way. I figure most of you are familiar with network cables and I personally found Cat5 cable easier to locate. ;) For those of you that might be worried about the wire gauge, I tested it and it works like a charm!
