I wonder if the problem may be related to the NMC's. In my systems the only common thread is the old style NMC's in all of the chassis's. Could that be causing a problem that the faster hiperNMC's might resolve? Otherwise, 3 chassis's have quads and hiperDSP's and the rest have all hiperDSP's.
