Copy and paste to the list what you get when you do a 'list chassis' command.
 
For nmc settings do a 'show nmc settings'
 
This is all done from the hiperarc. If you have more than 1 arc in the chassis you need to set things up on both arcs.

Where is nmc chassis awareness ?
In TCM I can see in NMC settings:
Auto config on Card Initialization = Disable
 
We didn't set anything manually on Hiper ARC.
The DSP have factory default setting.

Do you have nmc chassis awareness enabled or do you have things setup manually on the arc?

If you don’t see the other 2 cards owned by your arc with the correct number of timeslots, etc that may be your problem.

Check your Timeslots for Local/Remote Out of Service messages. It may also be that two timeslots are mapped [Timeslot Mapping and Blocking] to one Modem or something of that nature.

We have a tc1000 with this configuration:

1- NMC Card

2- Hiper Access router card

3- 1 E1 DSP ISDN Signaling

 

Max users could connect to it are 29, never we don't have 30 online user together.

After 29 online user they get Busy Tone. What do you think about this problem?
