Not sure if you got any help yet or not but I used these steps-klt
Note: Before you start, if your chassis code is older than System

level
4.3 upgrade to TCS 4.3 first, do not go directly from older release

Software
Compatibility Matrix at http://totalservice.commworks.com

Subject: [USR-TC] Info on
upgrading to v.92 pls
Maybe
someone on the list can help me out. I'm researching on what needs to
be upgraded to be v.92. Currently I'm at TCS ver 4.2 on our TC
1000. I've spent some time on the Commworks site but was not
successful. The cards that are in chassis are 14 DSP's that are
at 2.1.85, 2 Hiper Arcs one is a 128M and the other is a 64M both at
5.0.9, lastly the NMC is at 7.1.8. If someone has the link or the
info on what needs to be upgraded please send me an email.
Thanks,
-Brent
