Yes that looked like it might be the problem. THe HiperArc slot hasn't changed, but the host computers version of HiperArc Manager was older, I upgraded to the same version, and now I can save /restore , as long as the Hiperarc is launched from the TCM but not if I launch it standalone.

Did the software version change from the old to the new card? Is there a DSP or some other card that is new or in a new slot?

Is there some trick to this i'm missing?
 
Or could it be the Hiper Acess Router Mangager version I'm using? and if so? Where do I get another copy of it?
