We are turning up a POP with an ADTSE Channelized T1. All of our other POPs are PRI, but not available at this CO What happens: 4 seconds of silence and then busy signal If I set "Trunk Type" to "E&M" I show a connection, but there are no tones and it never drops until I hang up the phone.
