[USR-TC] DS0 Service States

We have a site that we just recently converted from quad modems to DSP's. The DSP chassis is having issues now with the arc rebooting which then in turn messes up the DS0 states on the DSPs. Has anyone had an issue similar to this inparticular the ds0 service states not comming back up upon an arc reboot? Thanks in advance, Todd
