[USR-TC] Do I need HiPer ARC with E1 HiPer DSP and NMC?

      Hello,

I have a TCM chassis 1000 with 2 power units 1 NMC NIC/NAC and 2 E1/T1
Hyper DSP.

Do I need anymore cards (e.g HiPer ARC) to make it working? Any
tips/guide or documents to configure the TC 1000 will be highly
appreciated.
