Hi James, For the second one, you can just use the radius Framed-IP-Address attribute. This gives you two problems though: the user can't login more than once at a time, as the second time will get the same IP and cause conflicts (newer systems might detect this, but I know the radius / total control 1000 systems that I have don't) and all your terminal servers have to have an address on the subnet of the static IP (for routing purposes.)
