[USR-TC] Upgrading to V92 with NMC card set

Hello, I am beginning to learn about TCs. I read in an auction that you can upgrade any TC with Hiper DSPs using an NMC Pentium III 600 set. How is this possible? I appreciate any explanation about this. Thank you
