Anybody aware of the cause or fix for a HiperARC that stops responding to SNMP?
Running TCS 4.5 on HiperARC and HiperNMC.
I have deleted and recreated the snmp communities and changed the status to RO/RW/ADM with no change.
I am using Getif 2.2 to query the ARC. The HNMC is properly responding, however it was reseated previously.
I would normally just reseat the ARC, but in this case that's a last resort. Any other ideas?
Is there a way to restart the snmp service?
