[USR-TC] Need Help about Clear Back Signalling

Hello everybodies, I 've problem about Total Control that it have many lost-carrier signal to users. After i asked about this problem to the telephone organization, he said it 's occured from Clear Back Signal in Total Control Box. Does anyone know how to solve tis?
