If it came in an e-machine, it was probably some OEM product made only for e-machine and Smartlink doesn't support - should be able to get a driver from e-machines web site. Are you sure it came in the machine? Per their web-site looks like only use 4 different modems - MW560CI-(1338), MA560CI-(1447), MR560LPM-(1446), and MM8100SW-(232). http://www.emachines.com/support/drivers.html -----Original Message----- From: Support [mailto:support@inet2000.com] Sent: Tuesday, October 29, 2002 2:04 PM To: usr-tc@mailman.xmission.com Subject: [USR-TC] Modem Help - Smartlink 56PSV Hi. Maybe a bit off topic, but I'm sure someone will let me know if I am. :-) My customer has a modem listed on the chipset as SmartLink SL1800 and XHBN9400000B, neither of which Altavista finds. On the back of the modem it says 56PSV-A-W, which again goves no hits. This is in an E-Machine and it lists "V.92 ready" on the front sticker. Any help would be appreciated finding drivers, info, etc. - Todd _______________________________________________ USR-TC mailing list USR-TC@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/usr-tc
