Hello, I experienced something wierd today. We have one PRI circuit that shows a LPBK/D-Alarm when viewing in TCM. When actually physically looking at the card, it is NOT alarmed out, and has anywhere from 10-23 people connected to it. I have tried restore, Hardware reset, software reset, and physically reseating the NAC with no change. The card is actually taking calls fine, and holding them, just shows incorrectly in TCM. Any Ideas anyone, we had some other phone circuit issues the past 2 days so I haven't replaced the card with another yet. Thanks, Wm. Can you ping it? If not I had a similar incident yesterday. Through the console port verify that the ethernet is enabled. I think its number 5 or 6 on the console menu.
Hope that helps.
