[USR-TC] TCS 4.5/4.7 software

can anybody send me TCS 4.7 (or TCS4.5)? we have BIG problems with our software: customers are getting "frozen" connections. even they cant ping ARC. contact me by email: aleko@geo.net.ge Thanks anyway.
