Are you sure that you've got a community string in the arc? Try the following command while logged into the Arc: add snmp community public access RO That should add a community string of public to the Arc and see if it works correctly then. So, Brian...I downloaded the demo version; it is able to talk to the NMC, but fails on contacting the ARC. Any suggestions?
