Dear Sir, I have a PRI Hiper DSP card installed in a chassis. I am getting a LPBK/D-Chan red alarm on the span card. So I am obviously> > getting no calls being terminated on my equipment. When I pull up a com session into the DSP and do a display of the line status i got the D-channel operational is: DOWN. and receiver gain is: -14.5 dB GAIN...all other things look okay! but the loopback is: NO LOOP BACK.what can i CHANGE from my config and what can the telco do to their config...their(telco's config) signalling is presently on CCSPA putting the D-channel on channel 16...
