Dear All I have a Hiper DSP with E1 ISDN program loaded to it. When I connect the E1 link from modem to the card D-channel is down and I should force it to be up with the command "cmd dchanup". Atfer the D-channel is up , but when the system is restarted it goes down. Please guide me what to do with this problem.
