When I pull up a com session into the DSP and do a display of the line status i got the D-channel operational is: DOWN. and receiver gain is: -14.5 dB GAIN...all other things look okay! but the loopback is: NO LOOP BACK.what can i CHANGE from my config and what can the telco do to their config...their(telco's config) signalling is presently on CCSPA putting the D-channel on channel 16...
Please, what can I do to solve this problem as, I can see you SOLVED such problems before...tHE ISDN PRI is intended for internet services on USR/3COM NETWORK ENTERPRISE SERVER.
