Hello List: I am almost done except for that 3COM Chassis cannot hold the final settings. To explain further here is the step-by-step routine I am following: ---------- In TCM, [make all necessary changes to HiPer DSP, then:] Configure->action/Commands Software-> Save Both T1/E1 and Modem to NVRAM > Execute Software-> Software Reset > Execute [make all necessary changes to HiPer NMC, then:] Software-> Save Chassis to NVRAM > Execute ---------- In East TN, we loose electric power regularly, so to simulate power loss, I shut down the 3COM Chassis and turn the power ON. Settings previously saved are lost. Therefore, my question is; What 'Action/Commands' sequence should I follow so that the Chassis settings are saved in the event of a power loss? I would also appreciate if someone points out where the settings are saved (for example NVRAM) and from where they are restored! Thanks. Kirti PS: In the last few weeks, I have different settings given by different people. I have also read just about every document on 3COM TCM I can lay my hands on. I have a soup of settings/instructions. This time, I am trying to narrow down to 'saving of final settings', /so please respond, even if you have previously responded/.
