When that is setup for dynamic (NMC Chassis Awareness is enabled, I think), it takes a short time after boot up before the ARC will show the chassis info, my guess is you didn't wait long enough.

After powering off and then on chassis HiperARC was unable to see DSP cards: when I wrote LIST CHASSIS every slot was --EMPTY-- (except HiperARC card) but cards was loaded. Then I repowered chassis again and everything was ok.
Why did that things happen?
