If you have TCM, try using the System Monitor function. First on the NMC, using the Status Group. One of those shows temperature in celsius. Then you can highlight the T1 lights on the DSP cards and use System Monitor to see that status of the channels. Click on the second light down on the DSP card, click System Monitor, choose Timeslots, check Select All, click OK. Click the default button to add all items into the box on the right and click OK. You should see status of the timeslots. If you see anything wrong here, that could point you in the right direction. On 9 Mar 2004 at 15:17, Gerald wrote:

The DSP errors have been screaming for a while. I would love to know how to properly troubleshoot them and shut them up. One of the Chassis has been complaining about Env stats for a while but performing services fine. Now another is griping about the same thing. All of the fans appear to be spinning and while the co-loc room that houses these is warmer than I would like, they are still well within normal operating temperatures.
Any suggestions for these errors coming through my Total Controls?
I have a spare ready to throw in production if need be, but all services are performing normally at the moment. I'm pretty comfortable with the TCs we have, but I know they can be finicky. Let me know if there is more information that would help others help me troubleshoot this.
Thanks for help and suggestions in advance.
Gerald
