This is my first try on a 3Com TC. I have a chassis wiht two HiPer ARC. It is my understanding that HiPer ARC needs 16MB of meory & 8MB of flash memory to support V.92.

When I check the HiPer ARC, it shows memory as 13+MB and Flash memory as 8+M. Is it normal for an HiPer ARC to show 16MB as 13+MB or I need to upgrade the memory to 16MB?
