[USR-TC] Hiper NMC in 45A chassis??

I am in a slow process of updating my chassis from quads to dsp's, etc. Does anyone know if the hiper NMC would work in an old 45A chassis or what issues there might be? I would only have about 6 dsp's Would there be any issues with TCS versions and the old chassis? . Or should I break down and get a TC1000 chassis. Thanks. Randy McMillan PacInfo
