Consumer side better WRT support. I'm a big fan of their OfficeConnect stuff; I use the hubs and switches and, for smaller clients, their ISDN LANmodems. Granted, with your typical ethernet switch, tech support isn't much of an issue....it either works or it's broken. But if it's broken, you can call 'em and get an RMA number without any troubles or DNA testing. And for things like the LANmodem, current code is available to anybody who wants it off of the website.
