LOL... that's funny... Honestly, I agree with your points on Shannan. I've bought more hardware from him than most of you might imagine, and he's been great to work with. It doesn't take much effort to find a shmuck when you do anything on the Internet, but pretty much everyone on this list has been great to work with, whether buying something from them, selling something to them, or just getting help with a problem.
