Can you telnet into a cisco and do a "show arp" or into another box?

I have an ip conflict somewhere on my network, and I have to find out what the MAC addresses are on my TC. I can't get to the unit via TCM, only telnet. Can anyone tell me how to find this out. We're down until I find and fix the IP conflict.
Thanks.
