Has anyone experienced a problem where the 4ESS switch they are connected to intermittently puts the T1 trunks in Maintenance Lockout/Disable because they are detected as High and Wet? It was explained to me that this is most commonly found when the CSU does not respond with a Wink after several attempts by the switch. It only seems to occur when we are connected to an AT&T 4ESS switch. All of the other pops connecting to a DMS10 do not seem to have these issues. If any of you have similar experiences or have any suggestions, please let me know.
