You'll want to look at setting up radius which will give you both authorization and accounting. I'm sure there are many variants out there...some free, some not.  Never used the above one but looked decent.

What is the best way to get a log of calls.  I am using the the TCM but would like to get a report... I can access the ARC but have a hard time connecting to the DSP card.

I am looking for the date/time of connect and duration as well as any other good data like modem speed and protocol.
