Hi!!

I got a 3Com box. It declares as "3Com Total Control". The interfaces it includes are One NMC, One HiPer ARC, 15 Quad V.34 ANG/DIG Modems Cards, One PSI and their corresponding Interface Cards. It has a problem: doesn't respond on Console. So I have to communicate it with "Total Control Manager" with default user/pass pair through an IP Address of NMC.

I have earlier configured some Terminal Servers like 3Com Total Control NetServer, Cyclades PR3000, PortMaster 2e etc. But this time as I don't get the Command Prompt I will have to configure it thoughr the "Total Control Manager". I can configure DNS, Gateway, RADIUS Server etc though it. But the modems are not respondig. I was searching for a very basic step by step guide or some case studies and found none.

I heard that I have to assign the Quad Modem Card to the HiPer ARC. But how do I will do it? I don't know.

Any help?
