Hi guys, I wonder if any of you know the formula to calculate the NAS port. The formula in the UTstar Knowledgebase doesn't seem to be accurate for us. That formula is NAS port = [256 * slot number] + channel number. This formula doesn't work for any of our boxes. We have both MultiSpan and Non-Multispan TCs. This formula doesn't allow for Multispans but it doesn't work on our "low density" boxes either. We are running ARC 5.3.110 on our Multispan boxes, and 5.2.102 on our Non-Multispan boxes.
