[USR-TC] DS0 Receiving Block ?

This TC is connected to DMS-100 PSTN (E1/R2). When I check performance of DSP's DS0 Timeslot Status it shows something like DS0 Receiving Block. What does it mean? Is it a problem? (If yes how to solve it?). Thanks, alex
