Do they become enabled after issuing a "enable modem_group slot:x" You can do a list modem_groups to see the naming scheme. Hello.
I have a strange problem with old interfaces (sl 2 to 8). HiPer ARC defines their presence :
HiPer>> li chass Slot Owner Description Ports Type Console 1 YES Primary Rate T1 NAC 0 DYNAMIC NO 2 YES Quad Digital V.34 Modem 4 DYNAMIC NO <skip> 8 YES Quad Digital V.34 Modem 4 DYNAMIC NO 9 YES --EMPTY-- 0 STATIC NO 10 YES --EMPTY-- 0 STATIC NO 11 YES 30 Channel High Density Modem 30 DYNAMIC YES 12 YES --EMPTY-- 0 STATIC NO 13 YES --EMPTY-- 0 STATIC NO 14 YES --EMPTY-- 0 STATIC NO 15 YES --EMPTY-- 0 STATIC NO 16 YES HiPer Access Router NAC 0 DYNAMIC NO
But all interfaces in Operation Status Down mode: HiPer>> li int
INTERFACES Interface Oper Admin Name Status Status SLOT:11/CON:1 Up Up eth:1 Down Up eth:2 Up Up internal Up Up loopback Up Up slot:2/mod:1 Down Up slot:2/mod:2 Down Up <skip> slot:8/mod:3 Down Up slot:8/mod:4 Down Up slot:11/mod:1 Up Up slot:11/mod:2 Up Up <skip> slot:11/mod:29 Up Up slot:11/mod:30 Up Up
All indicators on TC is "green". Calls from telco come on to the device and I see allocations of modems on indicators of Quad Modem cards.
Somebody can help with ideas ?
